Children of the Stars

Children of the Stars is a photo book about children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This set of photos begin with introducing photos that portrays the way they act followed by unveiling what this condition truly is. ASD is not an illness, it refers to the different systems working in their body that causes them to have difficulties in communicating, often resulting them to drown in their own world. However, children with ASD usually have special abilities in specific subjects, which is another reason they are commonly known as Children of the Stars. This photo book aims to communicate the reader about how special children with ASD actually are– by giving a star to and let them shine. This photo series wraps up with using hand-language to spell the word "sorry" and "thank you".
