The "-ing" form, derived from the formula "verb + -ing", represents the present participle of a verb. This participle is applied to construct verbs or action words that play a role in progressive or continuous verb tenses. In the grand scheme of things, the world is in a perpetual state of motion, and as individuals, we are continuously evolving and acquiring new knowledge each day. The world does not pause until its eventual conclusion, and neither should we. Consequently, we must persistently move forward, consistently embracing the "-ing" in our lives. By doing so, we strive to constantly advance and expand our understanding, fostering a lifelong journey of growth and discovery.

This monogram of "-ing" symbolizes the progression and continuous motion in our lives. By employing a brush pen for this hand lettering-based monogram, the lines demonstrate varying thickness and natural curves, steering away from a geometric appearance. Rather than opting for distinctly thick and thin lines, full pressure is applied while writing the letters, to impart a bolder look. This choice results in a monogram that exudes a fancier and more playful vibe, as opposed to the elegance typically associated with brush pen-produced typography. From the handwritten to the digitized version, a few adjustments on x-height and strokes thickness were made to achieve visual balance.
